The Finlayson Avenue School project comprised 15 classrooms to house 420 students, administration areas, street circulation areas and a hall, along with site works, which included tennis courts, parking areas and landscaping.

The scope of work included design changes to accommodate improved energy conservation and sustainability requirements, plus improvements in acoustic performance. These changes were introduced by the Ministry of Education after the design was largely completed.
The entire project was completed on time and within budget, and to a high standard of design and construction.
