The Lakeside Building has privately owned units with inter-tenancy doors which allows additional accommodation if required. Forest and Waterfall Buildings are hotel style accommodation.
The resort has Gibbston Valley schist cladding with a Canadian Cedar shingle roof, and this combination make the resort a fine looking complex. There is basement carparking and a penthouse on the top level.
