The Heritage Queenstown, formally called Greenstone Lodge became The Heritage, to reflect its place in the hotel chain.

Three accommodation units called Lakeside, Forest and Waterfall provide 178 rooms varying from one bedroom to three bedrooms. The higher up the bigger the unit. All units group around a central lodge which has a number of features including spa, sauna, swimming pool, gym, conference facilities, restaurant and bar.

The Lakeside Building has privately owned units with inter-tenancy doors which allows additional accommodation if required. Forest and Waterfall Buildings are hotel style accommodation.

The resort has Gibbston Valley schist cladding with a Canadian Cedar shingle roof, and this combination make the resort a fine looking complex. There is basement carparking and a penthouse on the top level.
