Designed by Architects Warren & Mahoney the development has the potential to adapt 115 one-bedroom apartments into two and three bedroom apartments depending on the requests of potential purchasers.
Four individual towers, varying in height are grouped around a large, private courtyard, which provides elegance and privacy to each apartment. Glass balconies provide a lightness and transparency evocative of the adjacent layering of trees, river and park. The towers are topped with glazed penthouse apartments under floating mono-pitched roofs.
Access is protected by both card and video camera providing total security and the entire development is contained within decorative boundary walls providing security as well as being transparent so as not to detract from the lush landscape within the park like surroundings beyond.
