The first stage of construction for this new retirement village consisted of a community centre and 11 units. The community centre features a commercial kitchen, bar, lounge, audiovisual entertainment area, internet access area, GP consulting, hair salon and outdoor courtyard.

The first stage of construction, completed in May 2008, was followed by the construction of an addition 52 units and associated site works. All the units have a durable brick veneer construction, double-glazed additional windows and Colorsteel roofing tiles. The latest communications and security systems give residents added peace of mind.
