The new Toops Warehouse consists of a 2500m2 main floor and 500m2 mezzanine level, as well as a truck turning bay and large car park.Built on a greenfields site, the warehouse has a structural steel and precast concrete panel construction, with iron cladding to the sides and roof.

The front feature wall is clad in Exotec, fixed to the building with stainless steel dome head screws.To provide the required standard of finish, the concrete floor was poured after the roof was erected. The floor was then treated with Acron 1000 slab cure, which provided a low-maintenance, semi-gloss surface.
