Project Brief
The construction of the Greenlane Clinical Centre began as a two-stage project. Building 1 was a new six-storey building with three floors fully fitted out for clinical operations and three floors of car parking. It was critical for Mainzeal to complete Stage 1, Building 1 on time as this incorporated the migration of patients and staff from the new Auckland Hospital.
