The project includes car park levels, ground-floor retail tenancies and podium common areas with tennis courts, barbecue areas, petanque courts and a swimming pool.

The buildings are constructed from reinforced concrete, with precast concrete beams, hollow cores and in situ toppings. The roofs are Colorsteel, while GRC cladding has been used for the roof spandrels.

The facades feature glazing and precast concrete. Apartment interiors are designed to maximise the view and northerly aspect. The timber-floored living areas have large sliding doors that open to spacious tiled balconies.
