The project scope was to construct a new office, showroom and warehouse for NZ Health Food Company.
The construction make up of the building was precast concrete structure with concrete mezzanine floor and concrete internal stairs, finished off with some feature Bluestone walls, alucabond, glass and aluminium louvre frontage.
The project was completed on time with the client being able to move his operation in 3 weeks earlier than he had anticipated.
