Project Brief
This contract followed on from the fit-out on Level 2 with its design based on a mixture of offices and open space, with a reception area on the ground floor (tenancy 7).
The ceilings were grid and gib at different heights, with a feature ceiling panel (coloured woven cloth on echopanel) hanging from the grid ceiling in two areas. The downstairs grid ceiling had curved woven panels and perforated metal sheet hung from it.
The expansive looking joinery to both reception areas was designed to reflect a roll of film being unravelled.
A Transpace door was installed between the Boardroom and Kitchen areas, both these rooms featured a facetted curved glass wall.
The offices were a mixture of full and half height glass with full height doors.
A black-white colour was the only paint colour used that allowed feature areas to stand out with other areas to blend in with the clients relocated furniture.
The Fitout was done to an extremely tight programme and was completed on time, with the praise of client and consultants.
