Project Brief

Mainzeal has continued a valuable relationship with both the client and consultant team on this Stage 5 project.

The works included a single level car park structure with a high-quality toilet facility, Mall Management office on a mezzanine floor and retail space downstairs for five additional tenancies including Postie.

Mainzeal commenced work on the Queen Street site in Nelson in February 2009, completing the project in November that same year.

This stage was an integral part of the overall expansion /redevelopment of this Mall to continually increase its presence and to increase its market share within the Tasman region.

In early 2011 the final stage (circa $15m) will bring the clients 15-year plan into reality.
