Project Brief

The 8 on Nugent development for the Neil Group consists of 5 buildings.
Building A, a late addition to the contract, was the refurbishment of the existing building façade and the construction of convenience retail on the ground floor.
Building B & C upper level provides 11,800m2 of Grade A office space with showroom space on the ground floors.
Buildings D & E form the car park (600+ spaces), access and ancillary spaces for the development. Mainzeal took possession of the site on 20 February 2008 and completed the project in October 2009.
