Mainzeal is a Talent Visa Accredited Employer. The Talent Visa is a streamlined “work to residence” permit designed to attract highly skilled people to live and work in New Zealand.  After two years these employees automatically become eligible for permanent residency provided they have ongoing employment and meet health and character requirements.


To be considered, applicants must be aged 55 years or under, have an offer of employment in New Zealand for at least 24 months with an accredited employer with a minimum base salary of NZ$45,000 per annum, and have met, or be able to meet, any of the necessary NZ registration requirements if these are required to take up the offer.


As an accredited employer, Mainzeal is part of a small group of responsible NZ companies are able to recruit globally and have potential employees' talent visas fast tracked, with a processing time of approximately five days.
